Trying a new sport can be intimidating, but we have the perfect solution! This craft is a great way to introduce girls to the world of tennis right in the comfort of their own homes. Here’s what you’ll need:
- Plain paper plate
- Large craft sticks
- Markers (you can also use crayons or anything you have around the house)
- Hot glue
- A balloon
How To Make Your Tennis Racket:
Step 1: Use your markers to color and decorate the front of your paper plate. You can draw doodles, patterns, and shapes.
Step 2: Hot glue a craft stick to the back of the paper plate. Be sure to not glue too close to the edge or your racket won’t work.
Step 3: Blow up a balloon and tie it shut.
Step 4: Use the racket to hit the balloon back and forth with a friend.
